How is this different from a regular facial or microneedling treatment?

Rejuvience M•C•T goes far beyond traditional facials or basic microneedling. We’re combining medical-grade microchanneling technology with the Tixel eye lift and medical-grade regenerative topicals in a single treatment. The synergy between these three components delivers results you simply can’t achieve with any single technology or standard facial service.

Is there downtime after treatment?

Most experience mild redness, similar to a moderate sunburn that typically begins fading before leaving the office. Some light flaking may occur 2-3 days post-treatment as your skin begins renewing itself. You can typically return to normal activities immediately, though we recommend avoiding anything that will make you sweat for 24 to 48 hours and protect treated skin from intense sun exposure. 

How do I know which level (M, C, or T) is right for me?

During your consultation, we’ll assess your skin’s current condition, discuss your concerns, and understand your goals. We’ll recommend the level that best addresses your needs. Many start with one level and adjust in future treatments based on their results and evolving goals.

Can I wear makeup after the treatment?

Makeup can be worn the next day. 

Is this treatment painful?

Discomfort is minimal. We apply a topical numbing cream before the microchanneling and Tixel portions of your treatment. . Most describe the treatment as tolerable, with only mild to moderate tingling sensations.

Can this treatment address acne scarring?

Yes, particularly at the Correct and Transform levels. The combination of microchanneling and regenerative topicals (especially exosomes and P.E.A.R.L.) can significantly improve the appearance of acne scars by stimulating collagen remodeling and cellular regeneration in the scarred tissue.

What should I avoid before my treatment?

Discontinue retinoids, exfoliating acids, and other active ingredients at least 5 days before your appointment. Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least two weeks prior. We’ll provide a complete pre-treatment protocol during your consultation.

Can I combine this with other treatments I’m already doing?

Absolutely. Rejuvience M•C•T complements other skincare treatments beautifully. We’ll discuss timing and sequencing during your consultation to ensure all your treatments work together harmoniously. Generally, we recommend spacing other intensive treatments 4-6 weeks away from your M•C•T session.

Is this safe for all skin types and tones?

Yes, Rejuvience M•C•T is safe and effective for all skin types and tones. Unlike most laser treatments, microchanneling and Tixel can be safely performed on darker skin tones without risk of hyperpigmentation.

What’s the difference between the exosomes used in the Correct level and the P.E.A.R.L. formula in the Transform level?

While both contain exosomes, P.E.A.R.L. takes regeneration further by adding PDRN (polynucleotide), additional growth factors, peptides, and amino acids. Think of exosomes alone as powerful cellular communication, while P.E.A.R.L. provides that communication plus enhanced building blocks for tissue repair and regeneration.
