Your experience at Rejuvience Med Spa is important to us. Knowing what to expect can help ensure your visit is pleasant without any unwanted surprises. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our Late, Cancellation, and No-Show policies.

ON YOUR FIRST VISIT – Please print and fill out all required forms before your appointment. If you are unable to complete the paperwork before your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow extra time to complete them. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your consultation or treatment, reducing its effectiveness.

LATE POLICY – If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other patients and will be charged at full value.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY – Your practitioner has reserved time in their schedule for your appointment, which has made that time unavailable for other patient requests. As a courtesy, Rejuvience Med Spa will make every effort to remind you of your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to make certain Rejuvience Med Spa has the correct contact information for you.

If you do not show for an appointment or cancel your appointment without notifying Rejuvience Med Spa by phone, email, or text at least 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to a fee of $50 for weekday appointments and $75 for weekend appointments. If you are scheduled for a pre-paid service, your treatment will automatically be redeemed in lieu of paying a fee. If there is a card on file, a charge will be made on the card that was previously used. If no card is on file no future appointments can be made until that cancelation or no-show charge is paid in full.

PRICES & PROMOTIONS – We are committed to continuously adding new products and services to ensure we are bringing you the latest and greatest technology. All prices are subject to change without notice. Although we make every effort to keep our website, social media, and service menu updated accordingly, prices for services and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically extend the greatest discount.

CHILDREN – Due to the nature of our procedures and equipment being used, it is unsafe for children to be present at the spa during parent or guardian visits. Please make child care arrangements as we do not allow children under the age of 12 in the spa for any reason. If young children are brought to an appointment, you will need to reschedule and pay a late cancellation fee.

PAYMENTS – Our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, and we do not health bill insurance. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and Rejuvience Spa Gift Certificates. We do not accept checks or any other credit cards.

GIFT CERTIFICATES – Gift certificates may be used toward any service or product offered at Rejuvience Med Spa. Gift certificates not redeemable for cash.

REFUNDS – Services: We do not provide refunds on services rendered or packages purchased. The results of aesthetic procedures can vary widely from person to person, and multiple procedures may be required to achieve the desired outcome. Products: We do not provide refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-spa credit within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we strictly do not provide refunds or exchanges on prescription products.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS – Please avoid bringing jewelry and other valuables to the Spa, and keep personal belongings in your possession at all times. Rejuvience Med Spa cannot assume responsibility for the loss or damage of your personal articles and items.

RIGHT OF SERVICE – Rejuvience Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including health conditions listed as contraindications for services or as deemed necessary.
